RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Route2Health^®. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

• Goods denote the products available for purchase on the Service.
• Orders signify a request made by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service pertains to the Website.
• Website indicates Route2Health®, which can be accessed from https://route2health.ae/
• You refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Conditions for Returns

For Goods to qualify for a return, ensure the following criteria are met: • The purchase of Goods occurred within the last 3 days. • The Goods are in their original packaging. The subsequent Goods are not eligible for return: • Goods customized or clearly personalized to Your specifications. • Goods where one or more products have been opened or their original packaging is tampered with. • Goods not purchased by You and lacking a receipt. We retain the right to decline returns of any merchandise that fails to satisfy the aforementioned return conditions at our discretion.

Damaged or defective items can be returned within two weeks. Refund will be applicable after we received item and inspected.

Interpretation

The meanings of words with capitalised initial letters are defined under the following conditions: the following definitions must have the same meaning whether they appear in the singular or plural.

ORDER RIGHTS

Your Order Cancellation Rights

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 24 hours from the date on which you ordered goods.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: info@route2health.ae.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
